Annual Dues

Hello Lions! 
 
With the arrival of January, it means it's time to pay our annual club
dues. As a reminder, our dues are $100 for the year if paid in
two $50 increments (January and July), or a discounted amount
of $95 if paid fully in January.
 
As you are probably aware, not all of these funds stay with our club.
$42 of your $100 per year goes to Lions International to support their worldwide programs and disaster relief. $16 per year goes to the Lions at the state and district level to support their many programs. That leaves $42 per member to support our club functions. All monies our club raises from the public must be spent on public programs. So administrative costs for the club (website hosting, postage & P.O Box rental, internal awards, meals for dinner speakers, etc) are pulled from this $42 per member.

Special Notes for families. If two or more Lion family members live together under the same roof, the additional family members beyond the initial member are only required to pay half of the Lions International portion of the dues (or half of the $42, which is $21). All other components of our clubs dues are the same for all family members. For example, a family of two would owe:
Member 1: $42 Lions International + $16 State/Dist + $42 Local Club = $100
Member 2: $21 Lions International + $16 State/Dist + $42 Local Club = $79
 
Therefore, this family of two would owe $179 for 2024. This may be paid in two installments of $89.50, the first installment being due now. Or a single discounted payment $174.
